Normally, yes. We do have the ability to transfer an account to a new device. However, this functionality is currently being upgraded on our end, which means that we are temporarily unable to transfer accounts for now. However, this should be completed soon, so if you need an account transferred just contact us with your details at ACMemories@PlayNext.com- we'll process your request as soon as we finish upgrading our transfer tool.
